If it rains on your wedding day, our team will take the stress off of you by facilitating relocating the ceremony indoors into our fully climate-controlled great hall. Our new Glass Cottage will serve as a full indoor photo studio for wedding party and family photos.
Our salon-inspired bridal suite features custom mirrors, a stocked mini fridge, comfortable seating, and enough air-condition to refrigerate you and your wedding party.

Your rental includes not only elegant wooden tables that don’t require linens and high-end Chiavari chairs, we also include setting them up and tearing them down for you after your wedding. We know you’re ready to move on to your honeymoon at the end of the day. All we ask of our couples is that they put their trash in the trash cans and take their belongings with them. We handle all the tear down and deep cleaning for you!
Payment Schedule:
Lessee shall pay a booking fee/damage deposit in the amount of $400.00 upon signing their contract and it must be paid with cash, check, or money order. This booking fee also serves as the refundable damage deposit. It does not count toward the total venue cost. In the event of cancellation by the Lessee, this booking fee is non-refundable. In the event of a successfully concluded event, the booking fee becomes the damage deposit and will be returned in full within seven business days following the scheduled event.
We now accept credit cards or online bank transfers for all payments after the booking fee. A CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE OF 3% will be added to all credit card transactions/payments, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. This charge does not apply when paying by cash, check, or EFT/ACH/bank draft. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your wedding date.
An explanation of our pricing:
In an effort to provide all of our couples with the best possible experience, we have chosen an a-la-carte method of pricing that allows each couple to decide which level of service is most suitable to their wedding. Our basic Saturday rental rate starts at just $5290. We believe this is an incredible value given all of the basic amenities included in every event, and provides couples looking for a beautiful venue an amazing option. We do charge a $500 cleaning fee for events that choose to serve alcohol. The big addition for 2026 is our one-of-a-kind Glass Cottage for the new groom suite. Transparent pricing is our goal. Most couples who get married at Greenwood Oaks spend between $12,000 and $20,000 on their wedding, with the venue cost being approximately one third of the total wedding budget.
