I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and the sweet couple that runs it! Meredith and Daniel made our entire experience amazing, and I still cannot get over how beautiful all the roses were at our wedding in May! So many views for pictures!!! They truly made our pictures even look incredible and everyone raved about how beautiful their entire property was! I loved having the option of different ceremony sites and my husband was thrilled with the new groom's house! Thank you all for making us feel at home and making our wedding such a special day we will never forget! 🩷

Greenwood Oaks is easily the best venue around. Daniel and Meredith are the sweetest couple!! They were quick to answer any and all questions I had and communicated so well. Greenwood Oaks is absolutely breathtaking. The love and care they show to the venue is astounding. Daniel puts in so much care for the gardens and all the greens, they have all different flowers to bloom in different times of the year, so regardless there will almost always be natural growing flowers of some sort. The florals, mountain view, pond, reception/ceremony room, back patio, they have it ALL and it is all amazing. The bridal room for bride and others to get ready is spacious and even has a mini fridge! They are super accommodating as well and offer SOOOO many extra things, some included and some for rental. They are the best people and the best venue!! HIGHLY recommend them for your wedding. We truly cannot say enough good things about Greenwood Oaks. Absolutely the best people and best venue. Our day was perfect 🤍

We could not recommend this venue enough! Our experience with Daniel and Meredith was fantastic from our first communications, to our tour, to open house to decide on decor, all the way to our big day. They were personable and accommodating in every way. They checked in frequently, gave wonderful suggestions, and assisted us in more ways than we could’ve imagined. On our wedding day, they even met with us in the morning and made sure we were comfortable and relaxed. They were so organized and communication between them and our vendors was more than we could’ve ever asked for! We were so impressed. The venue is perfect and we could not have been more amazed by how perfect it made our day!

This is the most amazing venue. I could go on and on! We chose this venue as a couple from Florida so the views were everything to us. The town it’s located in is fantastic, with restaurants and hotels nearby, but with the picture perfect mountains in the back. Meredith and Daniel are the owners and they are the most amazing couple. They made our wedding day a day we will never forget. Everything ran so smoothly and we wish we could relive our day over and over. I wouldn’t have changed a thing, thank you both for the wedding I always dreamed of!

I wish i could give 10 stars. Greenwood Oaks is literally the most beautiful place, run by the most AMAZING people. Meredith and Daniel went above and beyond nonstop since the day we toured Greenwood to make sure that our day was as perfect as it could possibly be. Finding Greenwood Oaks was an absolute blessing and our special day was everything we could’ve ever dreamt of and more. Now we just need to find another special occasion to party for so we can come back!

When my wedding venue cancelled on me with only 2 months to go, we luckily found Greenwood Oaks and I could not have dreamed of a more perfect wedding. Meredith and Daniel were there every step of the way checking in to make sure everything was perfect for me. I cannot recommend Greenwood Oaks enough!

Greenwood Oaks is the best wedding venue in the area. It is absolutely beautiful; the grounds, the space, the outdoor ceremony site- everything is perfect! I personally love the back porch and the bridal suite. More importantly, you will not find a kinder or more helpful couple than Daniel and Meredith. They were patient and kind with me from the first time I toured the venue. They will help you every step of the way, offering suggestions when needed, helping when needed and going above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. You will not regret booking here!

From providing the most beautiful venue and helping with important logistics on the big day go smoothly, I could not recommend this venue more. It was truly a dream. Gorgeous views EVERYWHERE, and the reception hall is so elegant and clean. We didn’t have to spend a fortune on decor cause it was already so beautiful which was a huge bonus.

I moved moved to Greeneville last July and was also planning a wedding. I knew of several venues near Kingsport and Johnson City but they were over our budget and we were not in love with any of them. So we looked around and heard of a venue in Afton called Greenwood Oaks. It was a new venue and once we visited we knew it was too perfect to pass up. Meredith and Daniel are the couple who own and run the venue and they are just precious! Such good people. I highly recommend this venue for any occasion and especially for your wedding!
